This privacy policy applies to BALCI Leadership Coaching, registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 42054743. It describes how personal data is collected, used and protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG) and applicable Dutch law.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Ufuk Balcı, operating as BALCI Leadership Coaching, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can contact me at hello@ufukbalcicoaching.com or via the booking calendar or other contact options on the main website.

What data I collect and why

I collect personal data only when you actively provide it, for example when you book an intake session or send me a message. This may include:

Your name and email address, provided when booking via Calendly
Information you share during intake or coaching sessions
Any correspondence between us by email or message

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Coaching confidentiality

Everything discussed in coaching sessions is strictly confidential. I do not share session content with third parties, including your employer, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing at the start of our work together.

Third-party services

This website uses Calendly for session scheduling. When you book a session, Calendly processes your name and email address according to their own privacy policy. I do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics services on this website.

How long I keep your data

I retain your contact and session information for as long as our coaching relationship is active and for up to two years thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by Dutch law. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights under GDPR / AVG

Under the GDPR / AVG you have the right to:

Access the personal data I hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
Object to or restrict certain types of processing
Withdraw your consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
