Coaching is unlocking a person's potential to maximize their growth.
One situation is enough. Many clients arrive with more than one.
You want to move from individual contributor to your first manager role and you want to feel genuinely ready for it, not just promoted on paper.
You are already a manager or team lead and you want to feel more confident, calm and effective in how you lead.
You are aiming for a promotion or a bigger scope and you want to be seen as ready by your stakeholders.
You are an expat living in the Netherlands or elsewhere and you are navigating both demanding work and changes at home. You want your career and your life to feel more aligned.
You feel stuck in your current role and want a clear and realistic plan for your next step.
You notice that challenges at work also affect your sleep, energy or relationships and you want a healthier way of dealing with them.
Choose a time below. We talk about what you want to work on, how coaching can help and any questions you have. After the call, you decide whether to continue and we can look at possible coaching packages together.
These are the themes that come up most often in my work with clients. We start from where you are and work with real situations in your day to day life and work.
Preparing for a first manager role and wanting to feel confident and grounded before and after the promotion conversation.
Building leadership presence so that colleagues and senior stakeholders see you as a clear and confident leader.
Settling into life in a new country as an expat while building your career and finding a sustainable rhythm between work, home and a new culture.
Finding a way to perform at a high level without running on empty and without feeling guilty when you set boundaries.
Holding your ground in conversations with senior management and communicating clearly even when you feel pressure.
Making a career decision that fits both your ambition and what actually matters for your wellbeing and personal life.
Seeing the patterns in how you think and react that repeat in different roles and relationships and starting to work with them in a new way.
Coaching is different for everyone, but there are some outcomes that come back again and again in feedback from clients.
• More mental clarity about what they want next and why.
• A sense of relief and more space in the head, with a healthier balance between work and personal life.
• Walking into key meetings and conversations feeling more prepared and confident.
• Clearer and more respectful boundaries with colleagues and people in their private life.
• Improved relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
• A clearer direction for their career that fits both ambition and wellbeing.
Coaching focuses on the future you want to create, the roles you want to grow into and the kind of life you want around that.
Coaching is not therapy and not an evaluation of your performance at work. My role is to ask questions, reflect what I see and help you find new perspectives and options so that you can make decisions and take action that fit you.
Because we are human, work and life are connected. We can move between business situations and personal situations in sessions whenever that helps you, as long as you want to.
60 minute sessions, every two or three weeks
Most clients start with 60 minute sessions every two or three weeks. This gives enough time between conversations to try out new perspectives and actions in real situations.
We work on what matters most to you
We choose one to three focus areas that are important for you now, such as a promotion, a new role, a difficult relationship or a career decision and we keep coming back to them.
Grounded in your day to day work and life
We always work with real situations. Your meetings, decisions and conversations become the material for our sessions rather than abstract examples.
Work and life are both welcome
We might start from a situation at work and we also look at the beliefs, emotions and patterns underneath it, because those often show up in other parts of life as well.

Managed diverse teams with more than fifteen nationalities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa
Corporate experience in marketing, commercial, digital and AI transformation and change management roles
Speaker at industry events and professional conferences as a keynote speaker
I work in large organisations in marketing, commercial, digital and AI transformation and change management roles. Over time I have had the chance to work in both local and regional positions and to manage diverse teams with more than fifteen nationalities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Along the way I moved countries with my partner and built a life and career in the Netherlands. Working in multicultural environments taught me how different people think and decide, how culture shapes work and how much is going on behind the scenes for most professionals, even when they look calm from the outside.
I noticed how much can change when we look at the same situation from a different angle, even when the external facts stay the same. The most meaningful moments for me were when someone saw something in a new way, made a hard decision or stepped into a role they were not sure they were ready for. That way of looking at challenges is at the heart of how I work as a coach and what drew me toward professional coach training.
Now I also work as a coach with people who want someone who understands what corporate life actually looks and feels like and who also takes the human side of it seriously. My style is warm, curious and solution focused. I aim to create a space where you can be honest about what is really going on and then move toward clear and practical next steps.

Decide if it is a good fit
After the call, you decide. If we both feel it is a match, we agree on focus areas, format and frequency and look at possible coaching packages.
Start coaching
We meet regularly online or in the Netherlands. Between sessions you try out new perspectives in your real work and life and we reflect on what you notice.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is a structured and forward looking conversation focused on the goals, roles and life you want to create. It is not therapy and it is not an evaluation of your performance. A coach asks questions, reflects what they see and helps you find new perspectives so that you can make your own decisions and take action in a way that fits you.
Do I need a very specific problem to start coaching?
Not necessarily. Some clients come with a concrete situation, like a promotion they are working toward or a difficult team dynamic. Others come with a more general feeling that something is not quite right or that they want to grow but are not sure how. We use the intake and the first sessions to clarify the focus together.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you want to work on and how deep you want to go. I usually work with a minimum of three sessions so that there is enough time to see real change. Many clients choose around six sessions, which gives enough space to see patterns, try out new approaches and notice sustainable shifts over time.
Can my employer pay for coaching?
Yes. Many clients use a personal development budget or have coaching sponsored by their employer. We can discuss this during the intake and I can provide the documentation or invoices your employer may need.
Do you work with expats?
Yes. I have personal experience of relocating with a partner, building a career in a new country and leading international teams. I understand the mix of building professional credibility and personal grounding at the same time. I coach expats who are based in the Netherlands and I also work online with people who have moved elsewhere.
In which languages do you coach and do you work with Turkish clients?
I work mainly in English. I also coach in Turkish, especially with Turkish professionals and expats who feel more comfortable expressing certain topics in their native language. If you are a Turkish expat looking for a Turkish speaking coach, you are very welcome to reach out.
